Each individual may register and operate exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
Transactions are processed via verified Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All in IDR.
Bonus funds carry wagering requirements. Withdrawal of bonus or bonus-derived winnings is only permitted once requirements are fully met.
The use of bots, exploits, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.

Each individual may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must notify pgdemo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pgdemo is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
pgdemo may suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, if it determines — in its reasonable judgment — that the Account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused promotions, or if required to do so by applicable regulation.
pgdemo operates a mandatory Know Your Customer verification programme to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices and to protect players from identity fraud.
KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal request is processed. pgdemo may also require re-verification at any time, particularly following large transactions or when suspicious activity is detected.
If a Player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 calendar days from request), pgdemo may freeze the Account and withhold withdrawal of funds pending resolution.

pgdemo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges; pgdemo has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party fees.
Promotional offers are available to eligible Players as described in each individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Indonesian residents who are aged 21 or over and have a fully verified Account.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion. Unless specified otherwise:
pgdemo employs automated monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets (hedging) designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating play with other players. Any Player found to have abused bonuses will have the relevant bonus and derived winnings removed from their Account and may face permanent suspension.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Player's Balance without compensation.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game failure, or communication error that materially affects the integrity of a game round, pgdemo reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Player's Balance. pgdemo accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. pgdemo reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual Players or across the Platform at any time, particularly in response to unusual betting patterns or risk management requirements.
Bets may be voided where they were placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, where incorrect odds or game parameters were published due to a technical error, or where pgdemo determines that the bet was placed in bad faith. In all voided-bet scenarios, the original stake is returned to the Player's Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgdemo Platform. Violation of any item in this list may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
All content on the pgdemo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall Platform design — is the intellectual property of pgdemo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of pgdemo.
Game software, RNG systems, and streaming technology used on the Platform are the property of their respective providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — and are used under licence. Any reverse engineering or tampering with game software is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgdemo expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall pgdemo's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pgdemo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
pgdemo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation.
